RightAPKS respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from everyone who uses this site. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, and what happens after you do, in line with the notice and takedown procedures of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. ยง512.
RightAPKS does not host any files
RightAPKS does not host, upload, or distribute any files. We operate as an index: we describe apps and games and link visitors to external, third party file hosting services (mirrors) that we do not own or control. Because of this, removing a listing from RightAPKS removes it from our site only. It does not remove the underlying file from wherever it is actually hosted. If you want a file taken down everywhere, you will also need to contact that external host directly.
Filing a takedown notice
To file a copyright infringement notice with us, send a written communication that includes the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works on this site are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific page URL(s) on this site, so we can locate it quickly.
- Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Under Section 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, so please do not file a false claim.

What happens after we receive a valid notice
Upon receiving a complete notice, we will remove or disable the corresponding listing on RightAPKS in a timely manner.
Counter notification
If a listing was removed and you believe this happened by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification with your signature, identification of the material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your contact information. We may restore the listing unless the original complaining party informs us that legal action has been filed.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to remove listings, and to take further action against sources repeatedly identified as infringing.
